Chris Wu

Chris Wu is the founder of Noble Fir Partners, where he maintains complete beneficial ownership and management of all investment, strategic, and operational activities of the firm.

Prior to Noble Fir, Chris was an investment professional at an Asia-based private equity firm with $34B+ AUM, underwriting transactions across retail, office, and multifamily. He subsequently managed a $1.5B+ U.S. family office portfolio across net lease, multifamily, and restaurant franchisee investments. Earlier in his career, he held roles in investment banking and real estate development.

Noble Fir Partners is named after Noble Fir Court in Cupertino, the street where Chris grew up.
